A family legacy

The story of Grittleton House is deeply intertwined with the Shipp family. In 1967, Joanna Shipp, the current owner’s grandmother, purchased the property with the vision of creating a special place. Over the years, the family has lovingly restored the house, preserving its historic charm while infusing it with modern comforts.
