One of the ways we bring that community together is through our Cotswolds Weddings Roundtable, a members-only networking event created especially for wedding suppliers.
Launched in April 2024, the Roundtable brings together venues, photographers, florists, cake makers, celebrants, stylists, entertainers, planners, content creators, and other wedding professionals for relaxed, useful conversations about the industry.
There are no pitches, presentations, or one-business-per-category rules. Instead, we talk openly about everything from enquiries, bookings, marketing, pricing, and trends to social media, SEO, AI, supplier relationships, and the challenges of running a wedding business.
It’s also a chance to get to know other Cotswolds Weddings members properly, build relationships, share recommendations, collaborate, and support one another.

The Roundtable has grown into a community of more than 120 wedding businesses who regularly joining us.
Events take place twice monthly, immediately before The Cotswolds Huddle on the 1st Tuesday of the month and before our Club Worcestershire event on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, giving members the opportunity to continue networking with an even wider business community after the Roundtables.
